This current trail description is a highly biased political fluff piece written by the organization that did this work. This trail "Re-route" was highly contentious, not supported by the local community of Nederland or the local trail organization. Whatever the trail was in the past (which was quite fun, and not arrow straight, nor cupped) This new trail isn't singletrack, nor is it "Much Finer". BMA and Contour Logic didn't 'Fix' anything. They built a very typical jump line in a place that has always prided itself on being anything but "Typical".

Subpar-shredder's response to the trail description's author is spot on. Sounds like whoever wrote the trail description is a Ned local that's mad the Forest Service is re-working these trails with Boulder Mountain Bike Alliance members stepping up and helping out. Your chunder filled fall line trails sucked and this re-work (and others) is 1,000 times better.

Yeah, skidding down the fall line ten times and calling it a trail does not make it a valuable community asset.
