I'm kind of curious why this trail went from green to black? Haven't been there since the end of last year, did anything change in a major way?

When is this trail maintenance schedule to end? I was surprised the trail was closed but not posted on here as closed.

Trail is now open! December 2018, not December 2019 as stated in recent reports.
