Nice climbing track, properly gravelled, good traction in today's conditions. Best suited to a hardtail I reckon. I hear this track has been...

Excellent Technical track and very challenging when ascending, Some long constant heart pounding climbs and switch-back corners. Great sense of a achievement when you get to the top and Belmont Trig. Highly Recommended to those who like a challenging climb.

Would rate this as steep as say Climie?

Sorry Haven't been up Climie yet, my bad... I was shocked by the intensity of this climbing in places.... This was one of the first hard climbs I did when I brought my Hard-tail MTB back in 2016, I'm from a road background, thought I was pretty fit... not for this type of stuff.... am now, but not back then....
