Mostly easy with a few features and minimal elevation changes. Only about 3 miles as marked but there are a couple of unmarked additional miles of trail as of end 2017 that includes area along creek and runs to the other side of Manchaca Road.
Some of the features of interest have been vandalized by persons possibly attempting to "improve" the trail.
Hazards include rattlesnakes that have been noted on the trail and cactus immediately adjacent.
This trail is slow to dry and outside of the extreme heat of summer requires a week or more before ready to go after a 1/2 to 1 inch rain.

This refers to the the entire Bauerle Ranch Trail, not just the Northside Climb. Most of the trail has damp, not muddy dirt that I love to ride. ...
