This trail is true singletrack! Although not too technical, you'd better pay attention. The upper half of the trail starts out fairly tame as you work your way along a ridge and jeep trail from Antelope Creek Road. But once you turn into the trail, you'll find some of the best singletrack anywhere. Wind your way through some badlands-type hills and cliffs...be careful not to clip a pedal or wander off the narrow trail...total focus is required to shred this. As you exit the hills into the rolling terrain below, things get really fast and flowy. Just watch out for grazing cattle. At the Maggie Mine Road crossing, there is some shade, and a good place to take a break or regroup.

Access Info

Best access is exit I-17 and head northwest on Bloody Basin Road. Turn left onto Antelope Creek Road at the fork in the road in the tiny town of Cordes. Look for the trail crossing near the top of the ridge and fence line...the trail is well marked.
