This Non-Motorized singletrack trail connects the Bear Valley High Trail with the Bear Valley Campground. It is usually ridden downhill as it would be a steep climb. The trail at the lower end is easy to confuse in the washout gulley where it switchbacks in the washout on the steep hillside. You are prone to go straight across the washout which is just a cow trail which disappears out in the sagebrush northeast of the campground. This is immediately above the campground so be aware the trail does not go east of the campground but switchbacks in the washout.

2 or 3 big trees down necessitate small detours. Trail gets patchy and poorly defined in the sagebrush.
