The Beaver Reservoir Cutoff Trail is an extension of the Sourdough Trail that cuts across from the east end of Coney Creek Road (National Forest System Road 507) to intersect the Sourdough Trail just above the switchbacks south of Camp Dick.

      Mostly shaded, so it's good in freeze/thaw conditions. Tree down about .1 miles from the reservoir trailhead.

      reporter Variable - some pack snow, ice and a bit of dirt and rocks. Snow soft in places. Creek crossing are wet and splashy.
