This is the start to the full Beowulf loop, or ride it as an out-and-back to the Alder Point Lookout, take in the view and turn around back the way you came. It's a great out-and-back the rolls along the ridge to Alder Point.
Starting from the village, take Cross Mountain Trail across to Silver Shack, then follow Paradise for less than 1Km and you'll find the start to Beowulf on the right. If you're wanting to minimize your climbing and increase your descents, grab a lift ticket and head to the bottom of the Comet chair. From the top your three easiest options are... 1-1) Paradise all the way to Beowulf. 2) Challenger to the first Paradise crossing then down Paradise to Beowulf. 3) Jedi Mind Trick and pull off after the last jump in the 4 pack onto Paradise again heading down to Beowulf.

|reporter I would rate the trail just dry, compared to the trails in the bike park which are full of moon dust. Trail surface holding up well.|
