BJ's surprise is a dedicated downhill trail consisting of a series of bermed switchbacks with numerous drops along the terraces. The first section of the trail has several rock drops that have becoming increasingly difficult over time. There is some rutting and trail deterioration on some of the corners but the trail is otherwise ridable and a decent challenge.

Trail was always meant to be rated as black diamond but a mistake was made with signage when the trail network was formalised. Officially regraded in March 2017.

At its end you can link back around to Seuss Land via It Happens or zip straight down Bottom BJ's.
