This trail is by far the most challenging trail in long island. The climbs are steep, long, relentless(one after another). The decents in many spots are incredibly steep. There are many bail out spots...the toughest loop was towards the end called The chambers(part of this 5.1 mile trail but not listed). One hell of a workout.
