This is best ridden as a downhill trail only. The bottom is an easy jeep road in both directions, but it turns sharply uphill. There are unrideable sections going uphill and the trail gets loose and super dusty mid-summer. It's a fun downhill in a gorgeous canyon. Be sure to stop and check out the views on the way down.
Semi-historical note- This was once included as part of the classic mountain bike race, the Blackwood Backwood Challenge. Think about racing up this in the early 90s on a 26" rigid bike with cantilever brakes. Maybe if you were lucky you might nave an early RockShox or Manitou with 60mm travel.
