This might be the easiest route down from the top of the Garbo chair, but I've seen a lot of people who were in over their heads on this trail. A combination of long, steep in places, and rough loose surface means you should have some experience before you try even Blue Velvet.
Having said that, the big berms, wide trail, small jumps and bits of fire road allow riders to build up some decent (and fun) speeds. The end feature of the upper trail is a huge wooden berm. That deposits you out on the fire road again, and below that you are on Lower Blue Velvet.
