Bokskogen in Lilla Edet is a rare place, this kind of forest is not common in this area.
This particular forest was planted many years ago by a wood craftsman, his plan was probably to cut it down for woodworks, but the trees still stand tall and its worth a visit.

The trail starts with a wooden bridge that is easy to find, after this you will have to drive straight through the little forest of beech trees and you will find two exits, go for the one on the right.
This last part of the trail is the reason it's a red trail, two challenging steep sections that you should have a look at before descending.

Where the trail ends it's a bit overgrown, keep to the right here and you will find your way out to the road.
