la prima parte del sentiero è facile (un po' esposta, ma niente di che) e in costa, dopo qualche centinaio di metri si raggiunge un tratto tecnico nel bosco con radici.
Prestare attenzione agli escursionisti che, a piedi, a volte risalgono questo sentiero per salire al Bolettone dalla capanna Mara
