One of the longer unbroken stretches of the BST, including a newly official (2021) segment through the Slate Canyon gravel pit. Lots of it is fairly flat singletrack, some stretches of doubletrack utility road that have some big hills.

The main access points are at the south end (north end of 970 East) and the dirt road at the north end of Springville.
