You can go either direction on this trail, and I really don't think it matters which way you go. The top is pretty flat but with some rocky sections to manuever. The backside drops you down and has some flow to it, but not a lot of speed without much elevation change. Really a cross country loop with some tight sections a bit of tech, but only a bit.
