The Boulder Canyon Trail begins at the mouth of Boulder Canyon and is a 6' wide paved path for the first 1/2 mile. The trail then goes through an underpass under Boulder Canyon Drive and switched to crushed gravel. Running along Boulder Creek, this is a very scenic and accessible trail just outside of downtown Boulder. The trail is heavily used by cyclists, walkers, hikers and runners.
