The Boyd mtn trail is just outside of St Regis, it's mostly singletrack with a few sections of old road bed lower down. There is nothing particularly difficult but it is fairly steep in some parts, so as an out and back the climb is pretty tough. You can go up a forest road to the top instead to shuttle or make a loop.

Access Info

Drive NW on Mullan Gulch Rd from St Regis, the trailhead is on the left about 3mi from town. If you continue a short distance to next forest road on the left you can access the top of the trail via road.
