Norsk

English
The trail goes from/to the swamp, the area mid away from the mountain can be, can be quite soft and moist, and overgrown, the upper section near the red route sign, of the trail is usually quite dry, in dry weather, and is hard packed, narrow, and easier to notice,
The area trough the valley, has a lot of roots, and is quite secure surface, but the the area at the swap is of course not, it's impossible to cross unless the swamp has dried, might be possible to walk on the edge near the mountain, but not so continent and easy.
about mid way trough the valley you will find a information sign about the this area.
