This is a short 0.7 mile connector trail that links from the intersection of Sand Mountain Rd and Boyer Gap Rd to Old Tram Trail. Going in from the road it is a short climb followed by a quick descent with a few loose shale rock gardens as you get closer to Old Tram Trail
