Bull Frog Lake Trail is a two-way trail that starts at the upper Bull Frog Lake parking lot. It makes its way west to a downhill and climb named Bad Ass Hill. The trail is pretty wide for most of its length and turns into gravel multi-track at the western end.

Note: The northeastern section of the trail is no longer maintained by the Forest Preserve District of Cook County. Everything north of the Campground trail has been designated for "Foot Traffic Only".
