Not knowing exactly where this particular section starts/stops. I'll do my best to describe the area in general.

There are three or four entrances to Burns Trail - everything from easy single track to downhill berms to stairs - some of which would spook a very novice rider, but easy to hike or walk to gain access if desired. There is a beautiful stream that runs through the middle with numerous bridge crossings - some have railings, others do not. Nice, somewhat wider, trails, but be prepared for roots/rocks (as it typical for Arkansas riding). Many trails crisscross the area, with multiple lines and elevation changes possible. There are many "roller coaster" type hills in the area, along with many skinny log/rock lines to the west. Fun riding area!

Just to the NE (through the tunnel under the street intersection of Tiger Blvd and NW A St.), is some beautiful single track that is technically challenging - at least intermediate level riding required. These trails lead to Slaughter Pen riding area, but it isn't well marked yet.
