Cabin fever can be traveled in both directions. Approximately midpoint you can enter left to take High Meadow in reverse and entrance to Enduro line "eB" or continue straight to the more technical portion of Cabin Fever filled with various rock gardens and winding through the trees. Some will even say that Cabin Fever is better in the counter clockwise direction. Come try it out and make a decision for yourself

UPDATE: The trail exit in the clockwise direction has been moved from the gravel road climb and now weaves through the woods for a more enjoyable experience.

Interesting note for planning your trip: staying at the Shawnee State Lodge and Cabins will provide you with trail side access to all trails in this system.
