O caminho liga a comunidade do sertão a cachoeira da Gurita. No passado este caminho era o principal meio de acesso dos moradores ao engenho e madeireira do Vitorino. O primeiro trecho até o mirante natural é um doubletrack bem aberto. Em seguida o caminho continua por um singletrack descendo toda vida até chegar no rio Ribeirão Grande e a cachoeira da Gurita.
