Where the CDT leaves Lick Cr. Road can be tough to spot, keeps eyes left at the saddle in the road for a CDT emblem and a trail into the woods.

Once on trail it is good singletrack. Expect deadfall and deep stream crossings once you drop down Bradley Gulch. Evidence of historic mining activity along the way too from tailings to old equipment and a still used cabin.
