This section of the Centennial Trail rides from Bear Butte Lake Trail Head to Ft. Meade Trail Head. For the most part this section of trail crosses the prairie. Excellent views of nearby Bear Butte and the Black Hills.
Access Info
Park at either Bear Butte Lake Trail Head located west of SD-79 or at Ft. Meade Trail Head located south of SD-34 on BLM Road. There are usually signs in place along roads for Trail 89 - Centennial Trail, Trail Heads.
