A beautiful ride in every season. As you wind up this single-track that parallels the creek, you will cross back and forth over 10 wooden bridges. The trail is a mix of hard-packed dirt with some rocky sections as well as sections with plastic ribbing for erosion prevention. While most of the trail is only a moderate climb, there are a few steep areas. The middle section is uphill only. Also note that this is one of the most popular trails in the area, and you will likely encounter runners, hikers, and dogs.
NOTE: The lower part of this trail from Bridge 1 to the intersection of Scout Trail only allows bikes going uphill. Foot traffic allowed both ways. Downhill bikes should use Scout trail to connect to Bench to return to Lower City Creek trailhead.
