Downhill: It is an underused and overgrown singletrack through a gulch. The trail is regularly on steep sidehill with many intimidating sections. There are a few water bars and technical root sections, but other than that it is mostly only challenging due to the pitch and the sidehill.
Uphill: One hell of a grunt.
There is also a unmapped upper section worth checking out. We saw the upper section, but it looked like it might be going a different way than we were, but it ended up meeting the atv track just above this segment. It was even signed at the bottom.
Access from Little Bald Mountain and Bald Mountain at the top or from Palouse River at the bottom.
