Started the trail on the southern end. Trailhead is kind of hard to find, as there are no "parking" signs, or even a real trail sign for that...

First section of this trail starting at Enderts Beach is a solid workout with a steep ascent up rocky single track. Last half of this trail was amazing, through beautiful giant redwoods. If you simply want to enjoy the redwoods with a less strenuous workout, start at the south end near the Damnation creek trailhead and only go about half way up the trail before returning.
