The north half of Coldwater Canyon Trail (part of the Bonneville Shoreline Trail) is smooth singletrack with some steep climbs through scrub oak that transitions into tight technical and rocky singletrack through pine trees on the south half of the trail. Good downhill flow. Most of the trail has views that look out over the Weber Valley. The trail is frequently used by hikers and sometimes equestrians as well.
