The first phase of the Naneum Ridge project is underway. Eventually the trail will connect to Squilchuck State Park in Wenatchee. This is a flowy moderate trail through Ponderosa forests. It can be shuttled, pedaled up, or you can pedal up the dirt road that parallels it.

Discover Pass Required. Green Dot Rd Management Area.
Drive out Cooke Canyon Rd (right at the fork when it splits near the first set of powerlines). Please drive slow past the houses on Cooke Canyon Rd Proceed 1.4 miles after the road turns to gravel. Then turn left under large powerlines and head up the hill. Near the crest of the ridge, stay left/straight to go to the lower parking lot. Ride the rutted dirt road for a 100ft, and find the trail on your right.
To shuttle, stay right on the green dot road, and proceed until you reach basalt cliffs at a green dot road junction. Trail begins below the road. Maps and more info here: https://www.dnr.wa.gov/NaneumRidge
