Trail 10A is an alternate route into Copper Canyon that avoids the steep switchbacks on the main Trail 10 route. It provides a better access for bikers as it adds a nice segment of Trail 8 along the ridge and is less steep than Trail 10.

The tread is very narrow and challenging, but the trail is clear. It is still quite steep and the switchbacks are very challenging. Proper black bordering on double black given the narrowness, but overall, makes for a nice loop or shuttle route incorporating Trail 8 and Trail 10.

      		 Trail is faint and narrow, but it's more stable after recent rains. I still think this is the best way into Copper Canyon.
