Land Manager
This trail is in the middle of some much-needed renovations. The city has upgraded the east end with gravel and the Trail Miners have re-routed a major wet section that is near Frying Pan Lake. Some very technical riding with roots in the middle is yet to be upgraded so as of 2018, this trail has multiple personalities.

That's an interesting development planned. Normally I'd balk at a singletrack being upgraded entirely to a gravel road but in this case I won't loose any sleep. Corduroy is pretty awful in spots.
