El sendero que parter desde el puente peatonal de Conil de la Fra. en dirección al Palmar (Vejer), primero presenta una zona arenosa bastante técnica. A continuación un sendero con algún tramo de arena que desemboca en la playa del Palmar, dando una vuelta a la lengua marina causada por la subida de la marea.

      		 Tras la últimas lluvias sigue perfecto, pues la zona de arena está perfectamente compacta.

      		 A pesar de que gran parte del año el sendero está con mucha arena, al estar húmedo se rueda perfectamente.
