Costa Legner 2.0

Natural trail re builded in the summer of 2019, the trail was destroyed after a heavy storm that caused big damages at the wood, it has been re builded by dolomiti bike company volounteers for the ''Nevegàl bike fest'' event, it took about 10 days of work with big changes from the original trail destroyed by the storm. It starts on a wide open meadow looking down to the valley, the first part is a classic alpine style dirt single track. then it goes into a thick wood, quite slow and long, with lots of roots and some little berms and quite a lot of different sections, from high speed to tight switchbacks it has it all.

following the main fire road near the end of the chairlift, we have to keep going in the direction of Rifugio visentin, we pass near Rifugio Bristot, about a kilometer after the end of the chairlift, and about a km after rifugio Bristot the road starts to go down for about a hundred meters towards a tight turn (the only switchback on the road) then outside this turn we have to cross the cows electric fence and keep going straight in a grass road for about 100 meters, after that the meadow starts to open up to be very large and the terrain starts to go down steeper, and here we can find the start of the trail.
