Il trail si sviluppa dalla Cima di Costalta e seguendo il sentiero sat 405 scende all'abitato di Sant'Orsola in Valle dei Mocheni. Il trail è stato riaperto dal dopo tempesta vaia, ci sono sezioni ripide e in contropendenza tornanti e controtornanti stretti e ripidi. La prima parte è panoramica e in cresta su sentiero tipico di alta montagna senza tratti esposti. La parte centrale ripida e tecnica La parte finale si alterna tra sentiero forestali e strada asfaltata che porta al Paese di Sant'Orsola.
