Nice easy roll with mostly up and down. You can get some speed by pedaling hard and there are some quick little downs that you can roll fast and then punch up. Some embedded rocks, but this trail is mostly buff singletrack that just hugs the side of the hill with a nice view of Hidden Valley and you can often see riders rolling Cow Tracks on the other side
