IT: sentiero naturale. Ci sono diversi gradini di legno e passaggi ripidi su radici che possono diventare molto scivolose. Nella parte centrale ci sono numerosi tornanti, a volte anche stretti. Verso la fine del sentiero, prendendo la variante a sinistra, il sentiero diventa meno ripido, percorrendo la discesa usata spesso nelle gare di cross-country.

EN: natural trail. There are many wooden steps and steep roots sections that can become very slippery. In the middle section there are many switchbacks, sometimes very narrow. Towards the end of the trail, when you take the fork on the left, the trail becomes less steep, and follows the descent often used in local cross-country races.
