      Very dry and sandy in parts, but was able to power thru everything on my 45mm gravel tires.

      The sand gets very deep toward the lake side...very loose dirt of path. Good tire grip is key.

      Sand in the wash is very deep. Almost unrideable in many spots, especially if you're not on wider tires. The portions on trail are in fine shape...
