Steep climb, followed by some awesome flowy canyon bits, and capped with some fun rocky tech at the bottom. Watch for an old stone structure tucked up against a cliff about halfway through.

The trail gets its name from a random incident that happened one day. Several cows were using the canyon and got spooked by oncoming bikers. While running away, a pregnant cow tripped and became stuck on her side with legs pointing uphill. Though flopping on the ground wildly, the cow was unable to get her feet back underneath her in order to get up. Luckily the crew was able to cautiously approach and calm the frightened heifer, eventually succeeding (using brute force and determination) in rolling the cow over onto her other side. The creature luckily got up and left with no further injuries.
