Most of this hike is easy, but if there is water can be a bit more work. This is a longer hike which requires a long walk (or rough drive) on a double track to get to the south end border of the wilderness area. Some of the slots get narrow, but the hiking is easy, just longer than most in the area, and not very popular. If you decided you want to bucket list every hike in the park, hit this, but don't expect there to be other hikers.
