From Godley Head car park follow the track up and under steep rocky bluffs before reaching Breezes Col and winding around to Livingston Col. Skirt around to the Lyttelton Harbour side where there are fantastic views from both sides of the ridge.

Follow the track alongside a stock fence and drop down onto Summit Road to finish at Evans Pass car park.

Enjoy dramatic rocky landscapes and magical views - south across Lyttelton Harbour to the volcanic slopes of Banks Peninsula and north up the sweep of Pegasus Bay all the way to Kaikoura on a clear day - remember to pack the camera.
