Crawford Cliff Spur, a short side path, leaves Crawford Path Connector at the west end of the bridge over Gibbs Brook and follows the brook to a small flume and pool. Crawford Cliff Spur turns left and climbs steeply above the brook, then turns left again, becomes very rough, and reaches Crawford Cliff (2,400 ft.), a ledge with an overlook over Crawford Notch, the Willey Range, and the Highland Center, 0.4 mi. (350 ft ascent, 20 min) from Crawford Connector.
