This has a very slight decline as you travel West, making it a fun ride, especially in that direction. It looks and feels mostly flat either way, but you go slightly faster going West. It's mostly pretty straight, with some gentle turns. The entire trail is through deciduous forest, surrounded by maple and cottonwood trees, salmonberry bushes and some stinging nettles. Pretty smooth. Pretty fun. Classic "cross-country" trail with basically no technical features, just some minor root bumps.

There are lots of local residents walking dogs (usually off-leash) and people walking and getting fresh air on this trail so expect some traffic and stay alert. This is just as much a local access and walking trail as a bike trail, so ride accordingly.
