Il sentiero si sviluppa sul crinale della montagna che divide Arsiè da Fonzaso, non ha tratti esposti ed è sempre avvolto dalla vegetazione, va comunque fatta attenzione ad alcuni passaggi. Il fondo è misto sassoso e sottobosco senza particolari difficoltà.
il primo tratto è in salita è tecnico, molto adatto a e-bike, poi si scende senza pendenze estreme. Nel punto più alto di quota si può vedere una vecchia postazione partigiana della seconda guerra mondiale, serviva a tenere sotto controllo la vallata feltrina verso il comune di Arsiè, vale la pena fare una piccola sosta per godere del paesaggi
