Trail que en un principi navega rapidament envoltat de roures, alzines i bancals erms. Passem a terreny obert amb algun canvi de rassant molt ràpid on la inèrcia ens portarà a una gran pedra característica on comença la Cresta del Xut. Un Cop estem al fil de la cresta el recorregut ens farà anar atents segunt nombrosos puja-baixa que ens durant davant d'un turó que el trail envolta per la esquerra ( Hi han fites). Li donarem tota la volta fins arribar a un camp. Passarem vora el camp i creuarem el riu de Conques i el d'Abella. VIGILEU en època de fortes pluges que els rius poden anar crescuts i pot ser perillós. Normalment es pot passar pedalant sense mullar-nos. Passem per terreny argilós despres de ploure millor no passar.
Atenció degut a la nidificació del Duc demanem que no accediu a la zona des del NOVEMBRE fins al MAIG.
