Sentiero in cresta verso Monte Grione, a parte alcuni tratti in mezza costa si pedala senza particolari esposizioni.
La difficoltà media è S2, sono presenti alcuni tratti S3/S3+ che meritano certa attenzione, ma sono sul lato sinistro quindi non sul lato esposto.

Il sentiero è prevalentemente in discesa ma sono presenti alcuni saliscendi che obbligano a spingere la bic (fattibili in Emtb)

Dalla Croce delle Creste (pochi metri dopo il bivio "collegamento 13 Vallette") si gode una vista fantastica ed è possibile vedere entrambe i laghi.Da qui inoltre la discesa perde di difficoltà; è possibile quindi percorrere tutta la cresta e tornare dal sentiero delle 13 vallette su una strada carrale ridurre la perdita di dislivello, tornando indietro al collegamento. In alternativa sempre dalla Croce è possibile scendere da un sentiero estremamente tecnico
