La discesa dalla croce di Predore verso Est, è molto tosta, partendo dalla croce si scende su prato oppure tenendo la destra su un bel rock garden.
Dopo la casa, passato un breve tratto orizzontale a spinta un poco complicato per via della vegetazione, inizia una discesa molto impegnativa, un bel rock garden a tratti molto scassato da curare attentamente, un bel S3+ con passaggio centrale S4

La roccia da asciutta il grip è molto buono ma da bagnato diventa estremamente difficile.

Arrivati quasi in fondo alla discesa si può proseguire a destra oppure a sinistra.

La risalita può essere fatta tramite il trail Predore UH (pedalabile solo in Emtb) oppure si può risalire di circa 100m per raccordarsi al trail Predore S2

Scendere circa 100m dalla croce di predore, davanti alla casa privata il sentiero inizia sulla destra, passata la casa tenere ancora la destra e proseguire a spinta per circa 40m lineri.
