Great little flow trail, good introductory trail for new riders or people wanting to warm up/down for a ride.

A few nifty little features such as log rollers, rock rollers, a couple really tight sections which will test your bike control at low speed and there is also a couple tight(ish) corners which may catch you off guard due to lots of off camber roots.

Overall this trail is fun and quite fast in some sections if you keep on the pedals but nothing that special. If you start from Gap Creek park and haven't seen this trail before don't stress too hard because this is much the same as other trails you would've have ridden on Mount Cootha.
