Starting from Lorimer Road you climb over some challenging rooty sections. There are a few places to choose between black or blue lines. The descent isn't overly technical but features trees tight to to the trail, hence the name. At the end is an optional steep rock face before you hook back towards the school. A good introduction to some more challenging terrain in close proximity to the village.

Cut the tree, but we lacked the horsepower to get the log segment fully off the trail. We'll have to come back in the spring with a bigger squad....
